Non-walking holiday enquiries
If you would like to contact us but not in connection with a walking holiday enquiry or booking you have, then please call us on 01392 441266

Personal visitors
If you would like to discuss a walking holiday in person with one of our specialists, then please phone us and arrange a time that is convenient for you and when we can be sure that we have the right specialist in the office to meet with you.
Office hours
Our normal office hours are:
10.00 to 16.00 Mondays to Fridays
10.00 to 14.00 Saturdays
Out of these hours, you may leave a telephone message or email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Christmas and New Year opening 2021-2022
We will be open as normal until 14.00 hrs on 24 December 2021 and again from 09.00 hrs on 4 January 2022. We will be open on 29 and 30 December and until 16.00 hrs on 31 December. We will be closed on 25, 26, 27 and 28 December and on 1 and 2 January 2022. You may always email us on info@creativewalks.co.uk and we will reply to you.
Emergency out of hours
In the case of an emergency, clients travelling or about to travel have our 24-hour emergency contact number in their holiday documentation as well as an emergency email address.
